Professional Summary

Wade has practiced exclusively in the civil trial arena for over thirty years. During that time he has tried over one hundred jury trials primarily involving personal injury claims. He has defended numerous motor vehicles accidents cases, products liability cases and premises liability cases. Over the past fifteen years Wade has also been involved in the defense of hospitals, doctors and nursing homes throughout Georgia. Wade has served as counsel for numerous individuals as well as corporations. He has also represented local hospitals including Habersham County Medical Center, Newton General Hospital, Cobb Memorial Hospital and Hart County Medical Center. Wade is a regular speaker at seminars for lawyers, physicians and health care professionals. He was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2004.

For the past ten years, Wade has been an honoree on the Georgia Super Lawyers® list in Atlanta Magazine/Law and Politics Magazine. From 2007 to 2012, he was honored on the Georgia Super Lawyers list as one of the top 100 attorneys in the state. Wade is also AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell.
