Construction Litigation Attorney

Carlock, Copeland & Stair LLP is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of experience for our construction law practice group.  Applicants must be currently admitted to practice in the State of Georgia and possess excellent academic credentials.  Prior construction litigation experience is required.  Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to handle complex files without the need for significant oversight.  Deposition, oral argument, and trial experience is preferred.
