Fired for Being Too Pretty?

According to the Iowa Supreme Court, firing an employee for being too attractive may not be gender discrimination. The question before the court in Nelson v. James H. Knight DDS, P.C. was whether a male employer can terminate a female employee because the employer’s wife felt she was a threat to their marriage (not simply because she was attractive).
