Georgia Supreme Court applies attorney–client privilege to law firms’ communications about a current client’s potential malpractice claim

Pete Werdesheim prepared a summary of an important Georgia Supreme Court opinion for the ABA Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability.
