280 Ga. App. 267 (2006). Dave Root represented a general contractor who built a large feed mill. Plaintiff was a worker at the mill who lost a leg in a conveyor belt accident, claiming deficient construction. Summary judgment was affirmed by the Georgia Court of Appeals.
