Hematologist Voluntarily Dismissed

Spencer Bomar handled a case involving critical complications following coronary artery bypass grafting surgery, including patient’s loss of all fingers and toes. The hematologist was alleged to have improperly ordered Heparin therapy for the patient, who was alleged to have Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia (HITT).  Overwhelming expert  support from world-renowned experts in the field evidenced the fact that the patient did not actually have HITT and led to voluntary dismissal of hematologist.
