Legal Nurse Consultant – Atlanta, GA

Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP is seeking a qualified Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) for our downtown Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license and minimum five (5) years’ experience in a clinical setting, be proficient researching medical literature, reading charts and interpreting the notes of physicians and nurses.  The Legal Nurse Consultant will be responsible for reviewing initial pleadings, identifying medical records needed, organizing and analyzing medical records and developing a chronology, as well as locating and obtaining medical experts.  This position will support colleagues in trial preparation by preparing and updating medical record chronologies, charts, diagrams, timelines, and other demonstrative visual aids for trials and depositions.  This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.  Please send resume to


Litigation Support Specialist – Atlanta, GA

Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to join our team.
