The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience with depositions, motion hearings, and trial. This position is for an attorney that is capable of and comfortable with taking a proactive role in fast-paced litigation without the need for significant oversight. Paralegal/Legal Assistant – Chattanooga, TN

The Chattanooga office of Carlock, Copeland & Stair LLP is seeking an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have five (5) or more years’ experience in a law firm providing secretarial, administrative and paralegal support to multiple attorneys.  The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will assist attorneys with administrative tasks, billing, document review and maintenance.  Responsibilities include preparing and finalizing correspondence to ensure service deadlines are met, e-filing, assisting with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation, including preparing timelines, designing demonstratives and other visual aids.  This role also assists with general office administration to ensure smooth operational needs are met.  Must be able to take instruction and prioritize among multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.  This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.  Please send resume to
